A minimal charge of Rs 15 + GST per ISIN will be imposed on each pledging request. The charges for un-pledging are also the same as pledging.
Example: If you pledged a scrip on 1st January 2025 for 10 quantities, and again pledged the same scrip on 2nd January 2025 for 20 quantities, then pledge charges will be Rs.30 + GST for each pledge request.
Later if you decide to either sell or unpledge all 30 quantities, the unpledge charges will be levied twice i.e. Rs.30 + GST (₹15 + GST per unpledge request). We’ve explained this in more detail here.
Note: Pledge charges will be visible in your ledger by the next working day, whereas unpledge charges will reflect on the same day.
